By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below:

 

Please note that all of our orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and U.S/Canada holidays) upon receiving the order.   Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking number and carrier if you have chosen a delivery service with a tracking.  

MVMaravan is not liable and responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  If you have not received your package within the estimated date, please check with the carrier first as they would have more information before contacting us.  Please note that we are not liable for any custom duties under any circumstance.
