Due to health and safety reasons all sales are final, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds or exchange on this item unless there are manufacture defects, missing items or damages. If this is the case, please contact us with the detailed information and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
Defective item : If you have received an order with defective or damaged item/items, please contact us within 48 hours of the received delivery date along with your name, order number, photos and a brief description of the problem. Once we approve the request, we will send you the replacement item/items as soon as possible and we will cover the cost of all the shipping and handling. Please note that we will only refund the payment if the damaged or defective items are out of stock or discontinue.
